Customer Story: From throbbing pain to pain-free days
I spoke with Penney about how she has taken back her life after struggling with years of severe hand pain. Her story of transformation is inspiring!

I had terrible arthritis in my hands for years.
My poor hands are very deformed, and certain movements are particularly painful, especially in my thumbs, and in my wrists. The pain in my thumbs would throb, and pain would run down my wrists. I’m happy to say that after 6 months of doing Hand Yoga, and using the ZenGrip Mug and a few other Jamber products daily, I am almost completely pain-free much of the time. I feel like Jamber has given me my life back, and I feel so grateful.

When I first learned about Jamber Hand Yoga, I figured, why not give it a try; It’s only 15-minutes, and it’s free. I quickly learned that it’s also fun and the whole community of Hand Yogi’s are so friendly and inviting. There’s just no reason not to do it.
Once I started Hand Yoga, the benefits were almost immediate. Now, I do Hand Yoga all the time, even when I’m not actually in class, since I’ve learned many of the exercises. Sometimes when I first wake up in the morning, I’ll do hand yoga before I even get out of bed.
And now, after 6 months of hand yoga, I don’t have the throbbing pain that I used to have. My thumbs don’t hurt any more. I can still occasionally have pain go down my wrists, but it’s nothing compared to what it used to be, and when I get that pain, I just do hand yoga, and the pain goes away. I have much more range of motion, especially with my thumbs.
I feel like I’ve been given my life back. Hand Yoga has transformed my life. I use the Hand Warming Grippie rice sock to heat my hands and to grab when I need something to just squeeze. I use the ZenGrip Mug to drink anything I want. I do Hand Yoga. I do the Jamber hand massages. I just signed up for the meditation ball class and the grip strength class. All of it has made a huge difference in my life.
Now, I can get through a day pain-free, which was very unusual before. It’s so liberating not to have pain like I used to. At the end of the day, I’m now pain-free most of the time, which is just amazing. It’s very liberating.
My hands look forward to Hand Yoga. I highly highly recommend it to anyone with hand issues. I just don’t see how you can go wrong. It’s free, and it’s a very small time commitment. It’s amazing.
