It was really hard at first and it’s been fun getting more flexible.
At first, the meditation balls were a bit of a challenge, but after a couple of tries they became quite manageable. My manual dexterity has definitely improved. When I'm a bit scattered or stressed, they help me focus.
I should have ordered 2 pair.
Get these balls and practice, practice, practice! First, it's a lot of fun and second you'll be amazed at how your hands respond. Don't overthink it - it really is easier if you stop looking at your hands and just "meditate" for a few minutes.
You’re using the balls very much. They really help to make my hands feel better.
I haven’t used them too much yet, but I feel they will be very beneficial. It gets your fingers working in positions that you don’t use every day so really works all the muscles in there.
